Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with flow cytometry. Sequence primer for IgH 5term-GCGGTCTATTATTGTGCAAG-3term. Known difference: The fluorescence isn't affected but there is CGG to TCT nucleotide substitution at nt684 to 686 (Gly229Leu) of the mCherry.
