Bacterial expression vector of LnBiT, a comporntnt of the Open Sandwich Bioluminescent Immunoassay (OS-BLIA), for reconstituted Nanoluc-based ternary protein-fragment complementation assay (PCA) system. For constitution of the assay system, please refer Fig.2 of Ohmuro-Matsuyama and Ueda, Anal. Chem., 90 (5): 3001-3004, 2018. Codons are optimized for E. coli expression.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with open sandwich immunoassay, SDS-PAGE.
