Comment The E. coli genes EF-Tu and EF-Ts were amplified from the E. coli A/lambda (sup pro/F+) genome by PCR. E. coli A/lambda was a kind gift from Dr. Y. Inokuchi (Teikyo University). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with SDS-PAGE and CBB staining.
