Comment The cDNAs of mouse Roquin-1 (Rc3h1) was kindly provided by Georg Stoecklin (German Cancer Research Center). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting. This clone contains a cDNA fragment corresponding 443nt to 3831nt of NM_001024952.2. Known difference : substitution A to G at 1285nt (Glu, synonym) ; substitution T to C at 2863nt (Tyr, synonym).
