Clone info. Expression vector of rat phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 2 (Pik3r2; p85 beta) mutrant (Q223R and K660R), tagged with FLAG at N-terminus. Expression of the mutant p85 beta gene confered strong resistance to oxidative stress in normal human diploid fibroblasts (Kano, Y.. et al., Sci. Reports, 9 (1): 12683, 2019).
Comment PCR products of p85 beta was isolated from PC12m321 cells. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunoblotting.
