However, this fragment corresponds 579 to 1988 of recent version of the RefSeq ( NM_004235.5, cds 549 to 1988). Derived from IRATp970H0848D6. PCR cloning, forward primer: gctgtcagcgacgcgctgctccca; reverse primer: ttaaaaatgcctcttcatgtgtaaggc.
