Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: cgggagtgcagagatttga; reverse primer: cccctaaaaatagcccatga. Known differences: T to C substitutuion a 58,784,780nt; G to C substitutuion at 58,784,746nt. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
