Clone info. PCR amplified human EGFR promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 55017912 to 55019251(NC_000007.14); relatively -1105 to +235, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_005228.5. Known differences : A to C substitution at 55018519nt, G to T substitution at 55019062nt, A to C substitution at 55019087nt of NC_000007.14.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: AGCAAAGGGCAGGTCTGTAG; reverse primer: GCTCTCCCGATCAATACTGG. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
