Clone info. PCR amplified human HMOX1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 35,379,656 to 35,381,125 (NC_000022.11); relatively -1,440 to +30, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_002133.3.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: gctgtagtggccctaggctgaa; reverse primer: GCTGAGGACGCTCGAGAGGA. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least): T to G at 35,379,705nt, G to T at 35,379,706nt, and A to G at 35,379,896nt of NC_000022.11.
