Clone info. PCR amplified human BRCA2 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Genomic DNA (32,314,131 - 32,315,604nt of NC_000013.11) corresponding to 1 to 125nt of NM_000059.3 and 1.3 kb up-stream was cloned.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: cccaaagcagaatgcctaac; reverse primer: atctgtcccctcacgcttct. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
