Clone info. The piggyBac expression vector contains an expression cassette, flanked by loxP sites, in which mEsrrb::P2A::EGFP is driven by a CAG promoter. This cassette also includes DsRed-Express downstream, along with a neomycin resistance gene for selection in mammalian cells.
