Clone info. Expression plasmid of human cRaf1 (R89A). This clone contains full cds of NM_002880.3. The R89A point mutation is reported to disrupt the Ras-binding activity of Ras-binding domain (RDB). Very little R89A mutant RAF was observed at the plasma membrane. See Fig.7 of Hibino, K. Biophys. J. 97 (5), 1277-1287, 2009.
