Clone info. Expression vector of the Cyan Nano-lantern for labeling of F-actin by the rat inositol triphosphate 3-kinase A.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with transfection into MDCKII cells. Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. The ITPKA portion of this plasmid was derivedfrom a plasmid made by Dr. Michael John Schell, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. CNL contains a portion of mTurquoise2 (CFP mutant) provided by Dr. Joachim Goedhart, the University of Amsterdam.
