U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. The ITPKA portion of this plasmid was derivedfrom a plasmid made by Dr. Michael John Schell, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. ONL contains a portion of hmKusabiraOrange2 provided by Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki, the RIKEN BSI. |
