Clone info. Lentiviral vector of mouse ubiquitin-specific peptidase 10 (USP10) [deubiquitinase-inactive mutant, C418A] after blasticidin deaminase (Bsd)-IRES. Gateway(R) expression vector.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting. CS-CMV-RfA is a lentiviral Gateway destination vector constructed by inserting Gateway reading frame cassette A into the NheI and HpaI sites of CSII-CMV-MCS-IRES2-Bsd.
