Clone info. Mammalian expression vector encoding a chimeric channelrhodopsin (C1V1) tagged with Venus at the C-terminus under CaMKIIa promoter.
Comment C1V1 consists of Met1-Leu164 of channelrhodopsin 1 from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (CrChR1) and Leu121-Asp300 of channelrhodopsin 1 from Volvox carteri (VcChR1). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with whole-cell patch-clamp recording.
