PCR cloning: forward primer (5'- ATA ACG CGT CTA GTC TTG CGC CAT GTC TG -3'), reverse primer (5'- ATA AGA TCT TGC CCA GAT CGG CGC TTG GA -3'). The positions of the transcription start sites were determined using UCSC Genome Browser GRCh38/hg38.
