Clone info. AAV2 expression vector of second generation tetracycline-controlled transactivator (tTA Advanced, a.k.a tTAad) driven by the neuron-specific promoter (human synapsin I (SYN)). The ITRs (inverted terminal repeats) are derived from AAV serotype 2.
