pC12

Plasmid clone of 798 bp human C12 sequence, which was isolated from MYC replication origin as a minimum sequence required for gene amplification.

Catalog number RDB18710
Resource name pC12
Clone info. Plasmid clone of 798 bp human C12 sequence, which was isolated from MYC replication origin as a minimum sequence required for gene amplification. By the transfection with an expression vector along with tandem repeat sequence made by ligation of the PCR-amplified C12 sequence, cells with high expression of the gene of interest can be obtained. Please refer to Fig.6 of Hashizume, T. et al., J. Cell. Biochem., 101 (3): 552-565, 2007.
