Clone info. Plasmid vector of SARS-CoV2 cDNA encoding from ORF4 to ORF10. The cDNA was amplified from the genomic RNA of hCoV-19/Japan/NGS-IA-1/2020 (GISAID accession no. EPI-ISL-481251) by RT-PCR and cloned into the KpnI site of the pUC19 vector.
Comment KpnI. It can be liberated by SphI and SacI double digestion.
