Strain description | B6;129P2-Gata2<tm1Mym>. GFP knock-in mice in the Gata2 locus, replacing the endogenous Gata2 coding sequences in the second exon. GFP expression was observed in the early hematopoietic tissues. Homozygous mutat mice are embryonic lethal (E11.0). |
