Strain description | PTP rho, Protein tyrosine phospatase receptor type T, is a member of the receptor tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including mitotic cycle, cell growth, differentiation, and oncogenic transformation. At present, homozygous mutant mice show no abnormality. |
