Strain description | Pde10a2 tTA knock-in mice. A tTA gene was knocked into PDE10A2 gene locus, and the PDE10A2 gene is knocked out. The homozygotes and heterozygotes can be used as PDE10A2-knockout mice, and as a tool for the specific expression in striatal projection neurons, respectively. |
