Strain description | Gpr129 knock-out mice. Gpr129, G-protein-coupled receptor 126 is a member of seven-transmembrane proteins related to family-B G-protein- coupled receptors (LNB-TM7), expresses at high levels in the heart and somites during mouse embryogenesis and in the adult lung. Homozygous mutant mice are embryonic lethal (E12.5). |
