Strain development | Developed by Yoshifumi Yamaguchi and Shinji Takada, Okazaki Institute for Integrative Bioscience in 2005. CJ7 (129S1/Sv-Oca2<+> Tyr<+> Kitl<+>) ES cells derived. Floxed exon 2 was removed by crossing with CAG-cre mice. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J over 5 times. |
