Strain development | Developed by Takeshi Yagi, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2008. TT2 ES cells were used. The Pcdhg-DgHS4-5 allele was generated by crossing with Pcdhg-gHS4-5 mice (RBRC02811) and Sypc-cre mice. |
