Strain developmentDeveloped by Koji Ikegami and Mitsutoshi Setou, Mitsubishi Kagaku Institute of Life Sciences. 129 derived ES cells were used. The mice were crossed to C57BL/6J.
Strain descriptionTtll7 (TL7) gene knockout mice. Exons 2 and 3 were replaced with neo cassette. Exons 2 and 3 include initiation codons. ATGs were removed by homologous recombination. Null type mutant. Homozygous mutant mice show no obvious abnormality.
