Strain description | Ttll11 (TL11) gene knockout mice. Exon 4 was replaced with neo cassette. Initiation codon is in exon 1, therefore exons 1 to 4 were transcribed and translated. Exon 4 codes most of TTL domain (70%). TTL was disrupted by homologous recombination. Expression : Not examined. |
