H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | TT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Takeshi Yagi, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2009. TT2 ES cells were used. |
Strain description | Pcdhg knockout mice. The gHS1-5 genomic region of the Pcdhg gene was deleted. Diap1 gene was also deleted. About 30% homozygous mutant mice die within 3 days after birth. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6J(Crlj)] |
