TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameB6;129S6-Gt(ROSA)26Sor<tm1(CAG-eNpHR3/EYFP)Imayo>
Former Common nameR26-CAG-LF-eNpHR3-EYFP
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineTC1 [129S6/SvEvTac]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Itaru Imayoshi and Ryoichirou Kageyama, Institute for Virus Research, Kyoto University in 2010. Crossed to C57BL/6.
Strain descriptioneNpHR3-EYFP is expressed after both Cre- and FLP-recombination. The transgene construct is knocked into Rosa26-locus. To achieve high-level transgene expression, eNpHR3-EYFP is expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence is inserted into 3’UTR region.
Colony maintenance
