Strain development | Developed by Kenji Tanaka, Columbia University in 2007. CSL3 ES cells derived from 129S6/SvEvTac were used. C57BL/6 and 129 mixed background. |
Strain description | Nlgn3 knockout mice. Neo-STOP-tetO (loxP-FRT-Neo-STOP-FRT-tetO-loxP) cassette was inserted just upstream of the Nlgn3 gene. Homozygous mutant mice show no obvious abnormality. tet0 mediated allele can be generated by crossing with FLP mice. |
