Strain description | Rest, RE1-silencing transcription factor gene floxed mice. Exon 4 of Rest gene was replaced with a loxP-exon 4-IRES-GFP-loxP construct. Conditional Rest deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. |
