Strain development | Developed by Haruhiko Koseki and Jun Shinga, RIKEN Center for Allergy and Immunology in 2009. M1 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x 129) F1 were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6J. |
Strain description | Ezh2 floxed mice. A floxed neo cassette was inserted upstream of exon 18 and an additional loxP was inserted downstream of exon 19 of Ezh2 gene. Conditional Ezh2 deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. |
