Strain descriptionTomosyn 1 (Stxbp5) gene conditional knockout mice. Exon 2 of Tomosyn 1 was flanked by loxP sites. Conditional Tomosyn 1 deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. Homozygous null knockout mice of C57BL/6 background are embryonic lethal.
