Strain developmentDeveloped by Toshitada Takemori, RIKEN Center for Allergy and Immunology in 2007. Bruce 4 ES cells derived from B6.Cg-Thy1.1 were used. A frt flanked neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-FLPe mice#23 (B6). And then, Exons 5 and 6 were deleted by crossing with CAG-cre mice.
Strain descriptionRasGRP4 (Rasgrp4) gene knockout mice. Exons 5 and 6 were deleted, leading to out-of-frame products.
