Strain descriptionERAI (ER stress-activated indicator) knock-in mice. Floxed STOP cassette and modified ERAI construct (HA-2xXBP1deltaDBD(anATG)-LUC-F) were inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. The ERAI expression can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice.
