Strain development | Developed by Takahiro Ishii, Noriyuki Nakashima and Harunori Ohmori, Faculty of Medicine, Kyoto University. TT2 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6 and ICR over 20 times, respectively. C57BL/6 background (line 1: RBRC06038, line 2: RBRC06039), ICR background (line 1: RBRC06040, line 2: RBRC06040). |
Strain description | Hcn4 tTA knock-in mice. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6NCrSlc] Homozygous mutant mice may be embryonic lethal. |
