Strain development | Developed by Sayaka Sobue and Masatoshi Ichihara, College of Life and Health Sciences, Chubu University. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of B6D2F1 fertilized eggs. The mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6 over 10 times. Line 203 (BRC06050), line 206 (BRC06051), line 213 (BR06052). |
Strain description | CAG-CD109 transgenic mice. These mice express the mouse CD109 gene under the control of the CAG promoter. The expression level of the CD109 gene in each line of Tg mice was following order: line 206>213>203. |
