Specific Term and Conditions | In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the following literature(s) designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested. In the event that new results are obtained from research and development by using the Material, the Recipient shall inform the Depositor immediately of the details of those results. Intellectual property rights arising out of the new results from research and development mentioned will be jointly owned by Depositor and the Recipient. The Depositor and the Recipient shall consult with each other with respect to their respective shares. If the Recipient intends to use the new results from research and development for the purpose of making profit, the Recipient shall immediately inform the Depositor of the details of its intended use and consult with the Depositor how to handle consideration and the like arising from the intended use. |
