Strain development | Developed by Naojiro Minami, Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University and Seiji Kito, Satoshi Tsukamoto, National Institute of Radiological Sciences in 2011. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of C57BL/6J fertilized eggs. |
Strain description | Oog1-GFP transgenic mice. Oog1 gene is an oocyte-specific gene. AcGFP1-mem reporter is expressed under the control of the 2.7 kb or 3.9 kb upstream regions of the Oog1 gene. 2.7 kb type (RBRC06132), 3.9 kb type (RBRC06133 and RBRC06134). |
