J1 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J.
Strain descriptionCckar gene knockout mice. Part of exon 1 and all of exon 2 were replaced with a NLS-lacZ neo cassette. Homozygous mutant mice are viable and fertile.
