Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Yetao Wang and Taroh Kinoshita, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2007. EGRG01 ES cells derived from (129S2 x C57BL/6CrSlc)F1-Tg(GFP) were used for the generation of floxed mice. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J over 10 times. |
Strain description | Pgap3 gene floxed mice. Exon 7 and 8 were flanked by loxP sites. A FRT flanked neo cassette was inserted after the exon 8. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6JJcl] |
