Strain developmentDeveloped by Haruhiko Koseki, RIKEN Center for Allergy and Immunology. M1 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x 129)F1 were used for the generation of floxed mice. Neo cassette was removed by crossing with ACTB-FLPe mice (C57BL/6 background). The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6J.
