Strain development | Developed by Tadashi Suzuki, Global Research Cluster, RIKEN. KY1.1 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6J x 129S6/SvEvTac)F1 were used. Exons 11 and 12 of Ngly gene were removed by crossing with Cre mice (B6). The mutant mice were backcrosses to C57BL/6 over 13 times. |
