Strain developmentDeveloped by Yuko Niino and Seiji Shiota, School of Medicine, Showa University and Tomoya Nakamachi, Graduate School of Science and Engineering for Education, University of Toyama. The mutant mice were generated from Prkcd<tm1Shb> mice (RBRC06462) by crossing with a Tg(Pgk2-cre)24Shb mice (PGK2-Cre transgenic mice).
Strain descriptionPrkcd gene knockout mice. Exon 7 of the Prkcd was deleted. Homozygous mutant mice are probably embryonic lethal. Under investigation.
