BRC No.RBRC09242
TypeTransgene Congenic and Spontaneous MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameHR1.Cg-Hr<hr> Tg(EF1A-roGFP1)42Soht
Former Common nameCyto-roGFP(CROH42), HR1-hr/Cyto-roGFP
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell line
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Alexander M. Wolf, Nippon Medical School in 2012. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of C57BL/6J fertilized eggs. The mutant mice were backcrossed to Hos:HR-1 over 10 generations.
Strain descriptionTransgenic mice expressing ratiometric redox-sensitive GFP (roGFP) in the cytosol of several tissues, including skin epidermal keratinocytes. The expression level of Tg hemizygous mice is low. Hairless mice background.
Colony maintenanceTg: Carrier x Carrier; hr: Homozygote x Homozygote [or Crossing to Hos:HR-1]
