Strain description | Ccdc86 (coiled-coil domain containing 86, Cyclon) knockout mice. EGFP and pgk-neo cassettes were placed just downstream of translation initiation codon in exon 1 of the gene. Heterozygous mice exhibited reduced Fas expression in activated T lyphocytes. Homozygous mutants are emobryonic lethal. |
