TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameB6.Cg-Gt(ROSA)26Sor<tm12.1(Nphs1-EGFP)Maoh>
Former Common nameNephrin-EGFP mice
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineE14 [129P2/OlaHsd]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Masato Ohtsuka and Shinji Hadano, Tokay University in 2012.
Strain descriptionKnock-in mice of a DNA construct, Nephrin-eGFP-poly A, at the Rosa26 locus. This strain was developed with the PITT method invented by depositors. The mice were originated from the E14 ES cell line (129P2) and then maintained in C57BL/6 background for more than 5 generations.
