Strain developmentDeveloped by Maki Yamada, Tokushima Bunri University, Kagawa School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. A DNA construct was injected to fertilized eggs derived from C57BL/6N. Mice were maintained in C57BL/6 background.
Strain descriptionTransgenic mice expressing GFP/Capzb2 fusion protein and tTA under the control of Arc gene promoter (7.0kb). This line has 100 copies of the TG construct.
