Strain descriptionKnock-in mice for Cre-dependent overexpression of human histone cluster 1, H2bj (HIST1H2BJ). Targeted insertion of CAG-loxP-pgk-neo-3xpA-loxP-Flag-HIST1H2BJ-pA cassette into the mouse Rosa26 locus. Flag-tag was fused to HIST1H2BJ N-terminally. A strain deleting pgk-neo-3xpA by Cre is available as RBRC09769.
